Lamb Choppin’

1 Kilo Lamb Chops

2 Knorr Cubes

Vegetable Oil

Half Onion

Three gloves garlic

Quarter of a small ginger

Half Small Nigerian/Rocket Pepper

Pinch Black Pepper

Pinch Rosemary/Oregano/Thyme

Dash Red Wine

Wash your meat. Blend the onion, ginger, garlic and pepper together and pour into washed meat. Add in your rosemary, oregano, thyme and knorr cubes. Use a knife to poke the lamb meat individually. Then use your hands to marinate seasoning into the meat. Pour in a dash of red wine or as much as you please if you like to get tipsy off food 😉 Cover seasoned meat with some foil and let sit in fridge for an hour or two.

I usually don’t fry my lamb anymore, because this dries it out and it does not come out as juicy as I like it. Therefore, I either put it in the oven or grill it. For oven made lamb chops, set your oven to 350 degrees. For the grill, you can use an electronic grill or a charcoal grill.

Lamb Chops get done really quick, so keep checking it and be sure to turn over to the other side for even cooking.

You can enjoy this dish with some fries, mashed potatoes or even rice and gravy. In the picture shown, it is served with mashed potatoes and a mushroom gravy.

Be sure to give me feedback on how your try out went, and we can work on improvements 😉

Lots and loads of love,

Zidaah xoxo
